Tim Whipple is a Principal and Designated Broker of HUB Commercial, an affiliate of Arizona Restaurant Sales. He specializes in business brokerage and commercial real estate advisory throughout Arizona with a focus on the Phoenix metropolitan area. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2001 and has assisted clients in hundreds of business and commercial real estate transactions in Arizona and across the United States. He takes great pride in providing a high level of service to clients and customers, and is an expert in marketing, contract negotiations, and lease/contract review. Tim is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

Eddy Roche

Eddy Roche is an Associate Broker for the company’s Phoenix office. He specializes in business broker services with a focus on selling restaurants and bars.
